Rules & Regulations

Please read and understand the rules and regulations (“Rules & Regulations”) prior to participating in Women’s 10K 2020 (“Race”). We may refer ourselves on this Rules & Regulations as: “we”, “our”, or “Race Organizer”.

Rules and regulations will be revealed soon.

  1. Registration opened on 8 January 2020.

  2. Race will be held on 8  March 2020 (“Race Day”).

  3. Category offered in the Race is only 10K.

  4. The start and finish line of the Race will be at The Buya, Jalan Cipete IX, No. 1, Cipete Selatan, South Jakarta.

  5. The Race Organizer has the absolute authority to determine an action and/or situation as DID NOT START (“DNS”), DISQUALIFICATION (“DSQ”) and DID NOT FINISH (“DNF”) whether it is based on the action and/or situation that has been specifically stipulated in this Rules & Regulations or not.

  6. From time to time, the Race Organizer may modify the Rules & Regulations in our sole discretion without prior notice, so please continue to review the Rules & Regulations whenever accessing or using Race official website.

  7. Other things that have not been listed in this Rules & Regulations will be determined later by the Race Organizer.

  1. Please note that the term participant(s) refers to a registrant who has received an official confirmation email​ to participate in the Race (“Participant/Participants”).

  2. Indonesian and foreign nationals can register for this Race.

  3. Those who want to participate in the Race as Participant should fulfill the following requirements, among other things:
    1. The person is a female; and
    2. The person is 14 (fourteen) years old or older on the Race Day.
  4. Participants who are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years old on Race Day are required to submit a parental consent letter (“Parental Consent Letter”) upon the race pack collection. A format of the Parental Consent Letter can be downloaded HERE.

  5. One email address is only used for one entry/registrant. One entry/registrant shall not use more than one email address to register to the Race. Further, one email address cannot be used to register two or more entries/registrants.

  6. If Participant is found to have registered more than one time, such Participant is allowed to participate in the Race provided that she only uses one entry or one bib number (including the race pack). In this regard, the Race Organizer reserves the right to hold the other entries or bib number (including the race pack) that she obtained.

  7. Registrant must provide true, accurate, current and complete information contained in the registration form and shall not change the information that has been submitted. The registrant is responsible for the information provided. The Race Organizer is not responsible for the registrant’s failure to maintain accurate information.

  8. The submission of online registration form through the Race official website is considered as an acknowledgement and acceptance to the Rules & Regulations. Such registrant/Participant has agreed to fully accept and shall comply with the Rules & Regulations.

  9. The Race Organizer reserves the right to cancel a confirmed registration if any information provided by the registrant in the entry form is false, fake and/or not completed.

  10. There is a registration fee that should be paid by the Participant amounting to Rp 299,000 (two hundred ninety nine thousand Rupiah). The registration fee is non-refundable.

  11. The Race Organizer will send a payment instruction email to the successful registrant.

  12. Failure to comply the payment instruction including but not limited to the delayed payment will cause the failure to obtain a slot as Participant in the Race.

  13. The Race Organizer will send a payment confirmation email along with its associated registration ID after our system successfully receive and verify the payment.

  14. The Race Organizer reserves the right to close the registration before the registration deadline when the Race quota is achieved.

  15. The Race Organizer may contact the registrant or Participant from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Race Organizer shall be deemed received by the registrant or Participant.

  16. Race registration is final and may not be transferred to another party. Participants must not transfer/sell/conduct any similar action which causes her registration/bib number to be assigned to other party to participate in the Race. Failure to comply with this provision will subject to DSQ.

  1. The race pack contains, among other things, bib number and other stuffs.

  2. Participant shall collect the race pack on the race pack collection day that will be announced later. The Race Pack cannot be collected on the Race Day.

  3. No late collection will be entertained.

  4. The race pack collection venue will be at #HeartWork Room, GBK Arena, 7th Floor, Jalan Asia Afrika No.10, Central Jakarta.

  5. The race pack shall be collected by the respective Participant or a representative of the Participant (“Race Pack Collector”). One Race Pack Collector shall only represents maximum three Participants.

  6. The Race Pack Collector shall bring the required power of attorney to collect the Race Pack. The draft of power of attorney will be available soon.

  7. The required documents that shall be brought on the race pack collection will be announce later.

  8. The Race Organizer has the authority to hold the race pack in certain conditions such as the violation to the Rules & Regulations, indication of falsification and/or other similar conditions.

  1. Race time will be displayed at the official start and finish line.

  2. Participants are ONLY allowed to start according to the designated start time and the maximum time limit to start the Race is 15 minutes after the gun start. Gun start is defined as the time when the sound of the gun starting.

  3. Participants must be capable to complete the official run course, from the official start line to the official finish line, within the time limit required by the Race Organizer (“Cut Off Time” and “Cut Off Points”). Please note that the official time calculation is the authority of the Race Organizer.

  4. The Cut Off Time is two (2) hours and thirty (30) minutes.

  5. Participant who fails to comply the Cut Off Time and Cut Off Points will be declared DNF.

  6. Participant shall put on the bib number properly and shall be clearly visible during the Race. Failure to comply with this provision will subject to DSQ.

  7. Participant is obliged to use their own foot and power to complete the run course. Using any other method to complete the run course (such as: vehicle) will be deemed as cheating and declared DSQ.

  8. Participant who is found to commit unsportsmanlike conduct including but not limited to blocking, obstructing other Participants, others and/or the run course, will be declared DSQ.

  9. Participant shall not obstruct the Race by failing to follow the instructions of the Race Organizer or relevant party relating to the Race Organizer such as official marshal and medic team. Failure to comply with this provision will be declared DSQ.

  10. The Race Organizer reserves the right to stop Participants to run if Participants are behaving in a manner deemed by the Race Organizer to be inappropriate to the Race, and such Participant will be declared DSQ.

  11. Participants are not allowed to dress in clothing or wear gear that may be dangerous, hurtful or harmful to themselves, other Participants and/or others. Participants shall not run with the whole part of the face covered. Failing to comply with this provision will be declared DSQ.

  12. Participants shall not dress inappropriately to run in a sport event or in clothing that is unpleasant to other Participants or others. Failing to comply with this provision will be declared DSQ.

  13. Items that could potentially disturb the flow of the run course or safety or may cause danger or risk of danger to themselves, other Participants and others are prohibited. Failure to comply with this provision will be declared DSQ.

  14. Participants shall not wear clothes for the purpose of political or religious assertions or propaganda, as well as advertising.

  15. The Race Organizer is not responsible for any form of fundraising conducted by Participants. The responsibility is attached to the relevant Participants.

  16. Participants shall not use any article that could cause other Participant and/or Race Organizer and/or relevant party relating to the Race Organizer such as official marshal and medic team Race official  and/or others to mistakenly recognize as signal and/or cause confusion to the other Participant and/or Race Organizer and/or relevant party relating to the Race Organizer such as official marshal and medic team Race official  and/or others, and/or use any device with a strong sound volume that could disturb other Participant and/or Race Organizer and/or relevant party relating to the Race Organizer such as official marshal and medic team Race official  and/or others.

  17. Participants shall not perform any act that can cause a delay to the Race such as dancing, performing, playing instruments, standing near the start or finish lines or  along the run course.

  18. Participants shall not prevent pedestrians from crossing the course or obstructing the passage of emergency vehicles at certain points, when and where they are allowed to do so.


  20. NO PET of any kind with or without leash is allowed on the run course.

  21. Participants are advised to solicit medical advice from doctor relating their health condition prior to taking part in the Race.

  22. Participants acknowledge and accept that their participation in this Race carry potential risks and hazards, including but not limited to accidents, physical or physical injuries, health problems, paralysis, death, damage to property and/or other losses, and other risks that are not known before and which at this time are reasonably unpredictable (“Risks and Hazards”). Risks and Hazards may occur, among others, because of Participants actions or negligence or other people’s actions or omissions, and/or the conditions of the facilities and/or equipment and the natural conditions and/or weather and/or Force Majeure (as defined below) conditions. Please note that Force Majeure refers to circumstances or conditions such as war (whether stated or not), violence, social unrest, strikes, outbreaks, accidents, fires, floods, natural disasters, embargoes, legal reasons, or the actions of the government of the Republic of Indonesia, and other similar events which may occur in the future, in which the Race Organizer has no ability to prevent.

  23. The Race Organizer shall not be held responsible for any harm and/or disadvantage caused by the followings including but not limited to:
    • The occurrence of Risks and Hazards;
    • Late arrival to the Race;
    • Force Majeure.

  24. The Race Organizer highly encourages women who are preganant to seek consultation from their designated doctor before taking part in the Race. The Race Organizer shall not responsible for complications, health issues, and/or any other Risks and Hazards that may arise from participating in the Race during pregnancy.
  25. The Race Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Race shall there be any Force Majeure (as defined below) conditions arises. In the event of Race cancellation and/or reschedule due to the Force Majeure (as defined below), the Race Organizer has no obligation to refund the paid entry fees to the Participants, and shall not be held responsible for any Risks and Hazards that might happen due to the Race cancellation and/or reschedule.

  26. Participants expressly and exclusively grant the Race Organizer and its assignee, the irrevocable right to use Participants’ name, interest, biography, or otherwise in connection with the production, distribution and publication of the images, photographs, and other proprietary rights related to the Race in any and all devices, media or publications.

  27. Copyright and other proprietary rights (if any) of images, photographs, videos, articles, race records, and location information, covering the Race, and their usage right for TV broadcasting, newspapers, magazines, the internet, and other media or publications belongs to the Race Organizer. This also includes but not limited to the names and other personal information such as age and address (country, province and city) of the Participants.

  28. Hydration will be available in certain area of the run course meanwhile fruit station only available in the finish line.

  29. Participant who declared DNS, DSQ and DNF is not entitled to get the finisher medal and the finisher tee.

  30. Marshaling will be conducted throughout the Race to ensure Rules & Regulations are followed.

  1. Participants who win the Race (“Winner/Winners”) must wear the assigned timing chip and bib number. Winners must provide proof of identification to redeem the prize.

  2. Winner who cannot provide valid proof of identification is subject to DSQ and may not redeem the prize.

  3. Winners and order of winners are determined by the order of gun time when the Participant’s torso touches the offcial finish line. Gun time is defined as the time when the sound of the gun starting until the Participant ‘s torso touches the finish line.

  4. Winner announcement and prize presentation are commenced after the verification team has confirmed that the potential Winners have fulfilled all Race requirements and regulations.

  5. There will be top 10 Winners for overall podiums (both Indonesian and other nationalities Participants).

  6. Winners will get finisher medal, finisher tee and prize of money. The details will be announced later.

  7. Please note that the prize of money may subject to the prevailing regulations of tax.

  8. The withdrawing process of the prize will be done within 20 business days from the Race Day. The Winners should ensure the accuracy of bank account, address, and swift code (for foreign nationals Winner) which required by the Race Organizer. Failure to accuracy is the responsibility of the relevant Winner.
